Check-in from 16:00 (unless otherwise
agreed) Check-out no later than 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed)
A booking is not final until the deposit
has been paid. When paying the deposit, you agree to the rental contract.
If the apartment is used by more than 2
people, you may be refused entry.
For hygiene reasons, smoking and pets are
not allowed in the apartment.
Weekly rental:
For weekly rentals, arrival can be any day
of the week, with a minimum stay of 7 days.
Advance payment: 30%.
Balance + deposit: 5 weeks before arrival.
Deposit: 300€. This will be returned to
your bank account after the final cleaning, after deduction of any damages
and/or abnormal consumption.
For monthly rentals in the winter period:
Rent is payable before the start of each
month. The first month will be paid 4 weeks before the start.
For monthly rentals, gas, water and
electric will be settled at the end of the rental period after meter reading.
Meters are noted with the tenant. Payment is made immediately after the note.
